Latisha McLilly is an entrepreneur, creative director, and proud mother of two. Lilly Beauty Cos began at her own vanity, mixing shades that didn't exist for the skin tones she was surrounded by. What started as a private ritual became a house built on one rule: nothing ships until it's right.

Today every formula is milled in small batches, pressure-tested on a spectrum of tones, and set in refillable silver. Clean by formula. no parabens, no phthalates, never tested on animals, and luxurious by design.
